Animal Yoga and Nature Mandalas July 19
This Animal Yoga and Nature Mandalas workshop with yoga teacher, Fálki Heiđdóttir, is designed for children ages five and older and their families. Come spend an afternoon mindfully shapeshifting into animals. Then work together to create a mandala using natural materials found throughout our beautiful orchard.
