Tiny Botanical Prints and Book Making September 20 or 27, 2025

$0.00

Led by Yoga Teacher and Artist, Fálki Heiđdótti

Join us for a creative, hands-on workshop perfect for nature lovers and curious makers! This free workshop is designed for children ages 8+ and their families. Younger siblings are welcome to attend and participate with parent/guardian support.

Participants will explore two botanical printing techniques to capture the beauty of the natural world on paper. Participants will then assemble their own hand-crafted mini nature books using either concertina folding or Japanese stab binding.

This workshop is free to attend, thanks to the generosity of Elmina B. Sewall Foundation and sponsored in part by a grant from the Onion Foundation. If you’d like to support our work, there will be a place for cash donations at The Orchard during the event. You can also make a virtual, cashless donation anytime here on our website.
